This 100% custom-made memory foam liner form fits to any foot out of the box and provides the support and performance that riders need for multiple 100+ day seasons.

Contact 3D formed Dual Density Ortholite™ footbeds deliver a combination of performance and comfort unmatched by any insole manufacturer. Unlike traditional foam, Ortholite™ foam compresses less than 5% over the life time of the product, so the cushioning, fit, comfort and performance never change. Made with 5% recycled rubber.

Rebound Bushing System™ The secret weapon hiding inside of every pair of Union snowboard boots. Union's Rebound Bushing System™ adds an additional layer of lightweight cushioning under your heels and toes to help reduce vibrations for the snow and eat up heavy impacts while riding. This unique layer of rebounding foam paired with our phylon EVA midsole helps to reduce foot fatigue and never loses shape or performance over time.

X-Grip Outsole Union X-Grip Outsole is made with durable high performance natural rubber and provides excellent grip on snow and ice. Compared to other outsoles currently available on the market, Union's innovative new design features minimal thick- ness for increased board feel and riding performance.

Dual Zone BOA® Dual Zone BOA® Fit System offers premium all mountain performance with two separate micro-adjustable zones. The tongue dial controls the lace that tightens the upper zone to provide flex and stability, while the remote dial adjusts lace tension and locks in the forefoot for greater response and control in the lower zone.
