True Twin

A completely symmetrical shape with identical flex in nose and tail. True Twin geometry is ideal for riders who spend as much time riding switch as they do regular. Perfect for park laps, spins, and creative freestyle all over the mountain.

Cruise Camber

A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Cruise Camber’s toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel, much like Pop Camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrink-wrap. In Amplid’s directional snowboards a touch of early rise is added to Cruise Camber to improve buoyancy even further.

And like every board in Amplid’s lineup, it now skips traditional UV lacquer altogether, replaced by a solvent-free matte coating that’s easier on the environment. With just the right amount of tip and tail length, it offers enough float to take on backcountry lines while keeping that freestyle feel alive. No compromises, just smooth control in any stance.

• Bezièr Curves. We replace standard radii with Beziér curves in our sidecut and nose design, allowing us to precisely calculate the core’s flex curve for the most harmonious ride imaginable.
• Biax Glass. Using Biaxial Glass in the construction of our shreds gives them a flawless blend of response and playfulness whilst keeping them ridiculously lightweight.
• Extruded Base. If we didn’t tell you, you’d think this base was sintered. Amplid’s mind-boggling extruded base material offers next level glide properties and rarely needs waxing.
• Impact Pads. In the top laminate we have added multidirectional glass pads in the binding area, to avoid dings caused by the pointy corners of binding bases. These pads enhance durability while only adding minimal weight.
• Omni Core. This superlight wood core is the industry standard for lightweight, durable and versatile performance. We’ve tweaked this core so many times over the years there’s nothing left to improve.
• Shred ready. Boards come factory-tuned with two Scotch wax runs and a 90°/0° edge setup, leaving all options open for customizing your own edge angles.
• Thick Cut. Thick Cut Cores feature a thicker profile in the tip and tail to suit a wider range of rider physiques, reduce vibrations, increase targeted stiffness, and enhance float, control, and stability in deep snow.
• All Terrain Tips. A smooth kick radius and fuller tip outline improves deep snow floatation without adding swing weight.
