Tapered Twin

Blends twin flex with a subtly tapered shape, narrowing slightly toward the tail. This geometry maintains freestyle playfulness while offering better float in deep snow. Ideal for backcountry freestyle and creative powder riding.

Pop Camber

Burly man-camber, designed for maximum edge hold and explosive pop. Pop Camber is best suited to high-end shreds where performance is paramount. It’s hard work to ride well, but being slingshot out of carves and launched high above the coping is all the reward you’ll ever need.

Amplid’s revolutionary Zero 90 Carbon Tech gives you crisp edge hold and instant response when carving, thanks to carbon fibers laid at 90°. Meanwhile, the smooth, amicable glass fiber flex along the longitudinal axis keeps you firmly in the driver’s seat.

• All Terrain Tips. A smooth kick radius and fuller tip outline improves deep snow floatation without adding swing weight.
• Antiphase. An advanced composite damping technology, developed in house at Amplid, which reduces unwanted vibrations for a smoother more controlled ride.
• Basalt Suspension Strips. Running along the topsheet in a V-configuration from the contact points towards the bindings, these narrow bands of Basalt fabric dampen unwanted vibrations, reducing rider fatigue and keeping you edge engaged with the snow for improved control. Get the Rolls Royce feeling!
• Bezièr Curves. We replace standard radii with Beziér curves in our sidecut and nose design, allowing us to precisely calculate the core’s flex curve for the most harmonious ride imaginable.
• Carbon Pop Band. A narrow band of uni-directional carbon stringers that run through the centreline of a ski or snowboard from tip-to-tail increasing pop and extending flex memory without altering torsional stiffness.
• Hollow Tech. Amplid’s Hollow Tech, inspired by learnings from the Hollow Project, uses resin-proof profiled honeycomb inserts to solve weight and performance challenges. This innovation reduces weight while maintaining strength and flexibility, delivering superlight boards and ultraquiet tips and tails.
• Impact Pads. In the top laminate we have added multidirectional glass pads in the binding area, to avoid dings caused by the pointy corners of binding bases. These pads enhance durability while only adding minimal weight.
• Lite Core. Uber light wood varieties are cut, treated and aligned in a way only our factory knows. Its strength to weight ratio has scientists baffled.
• Shred ready. Boards come factory-tuned with two Scotch wax runs and a 90°/0° edge setup, leaving all options open for customizing your own edge angles.
• Zero 90 Carbon. Amplid’s Zero 90 Carbon layup addresses a critical blind spot: 90° flex. By integrating carbon rovings along this axis across the entire board, it enhances edge control and power transfer while reducing weight. The result? Precision, stability, and unmatched performance.
• Sintered Base. Amplid’s ultra-high density sintered base goes like shit-off-a-shovel in all snow conditions. It is extremely hard and therefore more resistant to damage.
• Thick Cut. Thick Cut Cores feature a thicker profile in the tip and tail to suit a wider range of rider physiques, reduce vibrations, increase targeted stiffness, and enhance float, control, and stability in deep snow.
