Meet the Ohana Vibes, the evolution of Amplid’s surf-inspired powder board, replacing the beloved Aloha Vibes. Named after the Hawaiian word for "family," this board brings unity to every ride, crafted for riders craving agile, responsive turns in deep snow. With a slightly narrower profile and enhanced sidecut, it keeps you in sync with the mountain, fellow riders, and nature’s flow. The refined, fish-tail shape adds playful precision, offering effortless float and stability in powder with a smooth, surfy feel through trees and open fields. Amplid’s HEXO2 Lite honeycomb inserts in the nose reduce swing weight for added maneuverability and less fatigue. Paired with a sintered base and early rise camber for optimal grip and float, every powder day feels like paradise with the Ohana Vibes.

Tapered Directional

With a setback stance, longer nose, and narrower tail, this shape is built for freeride domination. Tapered Directional boards offer superior float, smoother turns, and added stability at speed, making them the go-to for big mountain missions.

Cruise Camber

A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Cruise Camber’s toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel, much like Pop Camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrink-wrap. In Amplid’s directional snowboards a touch of early rise is added to Cruise Camber to improve buoyancy even further.

This retro fish-inspired swallow tail sinks just enough behind your back foot to lift the nose, adding effortless float and a surfy, rear-pivoted feel in powder—turns feel deeper, lines feel looser.

• Bezièr Curves We replace standard radii with Beziér curves in our sidecut and nose design, allowing us to precisely calculate the core’s flex curve for the most harmonious ride imaginable.
• Biax Glass Using Biaxial Glass in the construction of our shreds gives them a flawless blend of response and playfulness whilst keeping them ridiculously lightweight.
• Carbon Pop Band A narrow band of uni-directional carbon stringers that run through the centreline of a ski or snowboard from tip-to-tail increasing pop and extending flex memory without altering torsional stiffness.
• HEXO2 Lite Spin to win with effortless style. Amplid’s HEXO2 core replaces specific areas of weightier wood at the tips with featherlight honeycomb, practically eliminating swing weight.
• Impact Pads In the top laminate we have added multidirectional glass pads in the binding area, to avoid dings caused by the pointy corners of binding bases. These pads enhance durability while only adding minimal weight.
• Lite Core Uber light wood varieties are cut, treated and aligned in a way only our factory knows. Its strength to weight ratio has scientists baffled.
• Shred ready Boards come factory-tuned with two Scotch wax runs and a 90°/0° edge setup, leaving all options open for customizing your own edge angles.
• Sintered Base Amplid’s ultra-high density sintered base goes like shit-off-a-shovel in all snow conditions. It is extremely hard and therefore more resistant to damage.
• Thick Cut Thick Cut Cores feature a thicker profile in the tip and tail to suit a wider range of rider physiques, reduce vibrations, increase targeted stiffness, and enhance float, control, and stability in deep snow.
• Floatation Tips Ultra wide, low rising tips that exist purely to create lift in powder without sucking-up speed. They add a surfy feel to skis and snowboards.
