- To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to customer service requests - for example, using your name or order number to pull up the tracking info to help you track a parcel)
- To process transactions via our payment gateway. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- To send quarterly emails, providing you have opted in. The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, we never spam you.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Firstly, and most importantly, we use SSL, which is a secure server. Any information you supply us is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers' database. It's only accessible by those providers, who are of course required to keep the information confidential. We don't keep this credit card number.
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your web browser, that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognise your browser and remember certain information. We use cookies to recognise you when you return to the site, and to streamline the checkout process.
We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings. Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some of our services may not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone or by contacting our customer service.
We do not and will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
We use a couple of third-party apps to help us process data. The first is Ginkoia, which is our till software, which takes care of rentals and sales. The second is Mailchimp, which manages our email list and signups. The next one is Purechat, which provides the chatbox on our website. There's Rebrandly for URL shortening. And, like everyone, we use Google Analytics. We use Paypal for some of the online payment processing. We also use Visiocontrol cameras in the shop for security. Occasionally, we add applications to our website to help us give you better service; we'll list those here. We decided to use these tools because they're responsible companies and all GDPR-compliant, of course. For transparency, you can refer to their individual T&Cs.
The main purpose of consent is to freely offer individuals genuine choice and put him/her in control of his/her personal data processing. You can contact us at any time to review the data we hold on you, or request we delete it. We will never spam you, and we will never, ever sell your data.
